How to add or modify identifiers for an entity.

As an agent or administrator, you have access to manage an entities identifiers. Here are the steps.

• Navigate to the Manage Entities page.
• If multiple types of entities exist, please set the Entity Type filter.
• Select the entity you would like to modify.
• Select the Identifiers tab for the entity.
• Here you can add, edit, and remove an identifier.

Add an Identifier

• Click Add Identifier.
• Select the Type.
• Enter a Value.
• Click Save.

Edit an Identifier

• Select an identifier.
• Make modifications.
• Click Save.

Remove an Identifier

• Click the delete icon for the identifier to remove.
